Consent to Electronic Signatures, Records, and Disclosures ("E-Consent")

1. Introduction
   By submitting your request to connect with one of our third-party lenders, you are agreeing to use electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent"). This document outlines your rights regarding electronic communications and transactions. By agreeing to our terms, you acknowledge that you have received this E-Consent and consent to conduct transactions using electronic methods.
2. Option for Paper Records
   You have the right to request paper copies of any electronic disclosures or documents by contacting the third-party lender directly. These copies will be provided at no charge. The lenders will retain all electronic records as required by applicable law.
3. Scope of Consent
   This E-Consent applies to all online interactions with the third-party lender, including those on mobile devices such as phones, smartphones, and tablets. By providing your consent, you agree that the lender may process and manage your information electronically, and send you notices related to your transactions via email or through our or their websites.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
   To access and retain electronic disclosures, you will need:

• A PC or MAC-compatible device with internet access.
• Access to an email account.
• A web browser that supports at least 128-bit encryption (e.g., Microsoft® Internet Explorer, Netscape®, Mozilla Firefox®).
• A PDF reader (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat Reader® or Foxit®).
• A printer or storage device (e.g., computer disk drive) to keep copies of disclosures. For any questions about these requirements, please contact the third-party lender directly.

1. Withdrawing Consent
   Your consent for electronic processing with our connecting service and the third-party lender is a one-time transaction and cannot be withdrawn. However, if you are connected with a lender and wish to withdraw your consent with that lender, you may do so at any time without charge. Note that withdrawing consent before obtaining credit may affect your ability to receive credit from the lender. Contact the lender directly to withdraw consent. Withdrawal will not affect the validity of previous electronic disclosures.
2. Updating Contact Information
   Keep your contact information current with the third-party lenders. Update your electronic or mailing address by logging into the lender’s website or by sending a written update by mail.
3. Access to Disclosures
   By clicking on the link, you confirm that you can access the disclosures in the formats described and consent to receive electronic disclosures and conduct transactions electronically.
4. Consent
   By clicking on the link, you agree to the terms outlined above. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the information about electronic signatures, records, and disclosures. You consent to use electronic signatures, receive all disclosures electronically, and conduct transactions with the lender electronically. You also acknowledge that you can request a paper copy of electronic records and disclosures at no charge. If you do not wish to use electronic signatures or conduct transactions electronically, do not proceed. Your consent is necessary to receive services from third-party lenders online.
